Help Information
How to order –
- Click on the picture of an item to get to the items details page.
- Select item size, color, and scent options, if available, from the drop down menu.
- Click the order button.
- The item you selected and its details will now show up in your shopping cart.
- From the shopping cart, you can change the quantity ordered and click the update button to update quantity. Keep shopping and add more items to your order by clicking the keep shopping button or checkout.
How to checkout -
- Click the checkout button on the shopping cart when you have finished shopping.
- Enter your shipping information in the required fields.
- Select your preferred shipping option from the drop down menu and click continue.
- Enter your payment method information in the required field, an email address for conformation and click continue.
- Review your order and information for accuracy.
- Click the send order button.
Shipping – Orders for in-stock items are shipped via UPS or USPS if UPS is not available within 24 hours, with the exception of holidays and weekends. Please include complete street address, apartment or lot numbers, name of business and suite number, if applicable, and a daytime telephone number. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change. See current US shipping rates below. International orders are subject to review and orders may be denied for various reasons. Payment methods – Ohio state sales tax (add 6.75%) is applied to all orders shipped in the State of Ohio. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted. Money orders are accepted for payment but must be received before shipment will occur. No C.O.D. orders accepted.
